Be Bold

Whenever he started to get discouraged he reminded himself that what he was doing, as uncomfortable as it was at the moment, was in reality much better than staying in the Cheeseless situation. He was taking control rather than simply letting things happen to him.

-Spencer Johnson, M.D,Who Moved My Cheese?, pg. 50.

Just started reading Who Moved My Cheese?. Thouh it is a very short book, it is powerpacked with ideas. As I read it, I think – I should know that based on my experience – so why haven’t I done it. Most likely for the fear of the unknown. Often days, I ask myself — why am I moving in a direction, so far afield from what I have known. Hopefully, when I reflect on this time in a few years – it will be as the quote above says — being uncomfortable is better than being cheeseless. Hi Ho Hi Ho — its off to work I go.
